About
Using meditation and journaling we will tap into our emotions in order to bring that expression onto the page using an array of materials. When we quiet our mind we allow space for things/ ideas/discussions to come up. A lot of times art can be a powerful tool to express those feelings. Having no parameters, references, or concepts to guide you, abstract art is raw emotion on paper and can be a beautiful way to release and relax.
